• Service preferences: service type, frequency, preferred dates, times, and days
• Photos, descriptions, and notes you choose to upload or write
• Business details for commercial requests, such as business name and type
• Payment information, collected after your booking is confirmed and processed by our payment provider

Information from partially completed forms: if you begin our booking or quote form and complete the first step, we save the information you have entered so far, even if you do not submit the form. We use it only to follow up about your request.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform.

We use your information to:

• Prepare estimates and quotes
• Schedule, confirm, and perform your cleaning services
• Communicate with you about your request, bookings, and service

• Follow up on requests you started but did not finish

• With the cleaning professionals assigned to your appointment, who receive only what they need to do the job, such as your address, access instructions, and service details
• With service providers who help us operate our business, such as our website host, scheduling and customer management software, email and text messaging providers, and payment processor
• When required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our customers, team, or others

Lockbox codes, smart lock codes, alarm codes, and keys are shared only with the team members assigned to your service and are never shared with anyone else.

If you consent, we may contact you by text message and email about your request and service. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, and meet legal obligations. Information from requests that did not become bookings is deleted when no longer needed for follow-up.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no website or method of transmission is completely secure.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@homestonecleaning.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor those requests as required.

Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
